Provide daily update on attainment and service measures and production priorities.

Drive root cause analysis and problem solving individually and cross-functionally.Serve as primary liaison to centralized Demand and Supply Planning teams communicating product shortages and provide options and/or timelines for replenishing materials.Lead escalation process regarding potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials are aligned in accordance with priorities.Participate in weekly production scheduling call with key stake holders to align on production sequence and priorities.Supervise and train junior production scheduler(s) and monitor progress toward achieving those goals.Develop weekly production schedule in accordance with sales forecast, plant and employee capacity, and customer orders.This position is responsible for scheduling the plant in the best manner to satisfy customer requirements, maintain the highest level of efficiency in production, and minimize operational costs. The Scheduler, Production is based at the Totowa, NJ plant and reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
